- Pack of ten Last Word Standing puzzles. Last Word Standing is an easy colour puzzle for wordsmiths using British English – cross out words from the word list according to the clues given and you’ll be left with the solution word.
You are provided with 25 words, 24 of which fit into one of eight given categories. Use these categories to eliminate words until you’re left with the Last Word Standing. Colour is not essential to solving this puzzle, so you can change the eps files to greyscale for a black and white version.
- Cross out the words in the boxes according to the clues e.g. the clue 'All aquatic animals' means you'd cross out SHARK and WHALE. There'll be one word left and that's the solution word.
