FEES AND PAYMENT

You may pay for subscriptions by PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may set up a free account at www.paypal.com or pay using a credit card. LOVATTSMEDIA GROUP is not affiliated with PayPal.
ONLINE PURCHASES
We are not liable for errors in pricing at our online products. If a product was not priced properly as determined by LOVATTS MEDIA GROUP, LOVATTS MEDIA GROUP has the right to correct the price on any previously placed orders and re-price the product or refund any purchases on the product.

We provide a free ad driven, Embeddable Crossword, Sudoku, Code Cracker, Word Search and Trivia Puzzle for web site owners. You must sign up for an account to access the HTML/JavaScript code of the Embeddable Puzzles. The code cannot be modified in any way without our prior written consent & must contain all links and copyright information included with the code.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
LOVATTS MEDIA GROUP does not target the PUZZLEXPERTS.COM website or its services to users under 13 of age. There may be certain access restrictions placed on any under 13 year old users. INDEMNIFICATION
Upon a request by us, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our parent and other affiliated companies, and our respective employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney’s fees that arise from your use or misuse of PUZZLEXPERTS.COM.
